My Story

“I always try to write a story first, something worth reading. Then, make it worth hearing.”

Daniel is an Indie-Folk singer-songwriter from Tel Aviv, Israel. His first single "Caroline" got straight into the main radio stations in the country, receiving glowing reviews and steadily growing interest — its music video drew attention for its uniqueness and beauty. With a big focus on lyrics, Daniel comes across as more of a storyteller than a singer: his writing leans on the distance between a person and their dreams — "the distance between who we dreamed we'd be, and who we ended up being," as he's put it, and what happens to people when they try to close that gap.

His debut album, "Half Way There," came out in 2018; the lead single "Caroline" was chosen as Kan-88FM's song of the week, with its video airing on MTV Israel. More recently, Daniel was selected by the Tel Aviv Municipality Culture Department for the "Spotlight on Young Creation" project, performing at the Enav Cultural Center.
